Many brides and grooms are already familiar with classic wedding decor for their Las Vegas weddings. We know that ceremonies usually host an archway, a floor of flower petals, and white chairs for our wedding guests. We know receptions may host round tables or long, rectangular tables, covered in linens of our signature wedding color. We might have some votive candles, and we’ll likely have floral centerpieces. A dance floor is a must, and the cake table should probably be far enough away from the dancing to avoid any accidents before the cake is cut. While these elements are necessary for many Las Vegas weddings, what are some ways that these wedding puzzle pieces can be rearranged to display your personality and add intrigue?

As you brainstorm your own answer to that question, we’d like to add a little more thought to the mix. At Bridal Spectacular’s bridal show, Las Vegas brides and grooms witnessed the exotic, the nontraditional, and the modern twist on classic wedding themes in Inspiration Avenue and the Grand Entrance. If you’re looking for a wedding with these characteristics, then consider drawing inspiration from the following designs.

Include bold decor with purple linens, thick cream candles, and metallic accents.

Step away from traditional dance floors. Use a white base, a round shape, and monogrammed uplighting this year!

Instead of votive candles, consider pillar candles with broad candlesticks.

Let your winter wonderland be crisp, clean, modern and, yes, comfortable.

Transform your traditional rose bouquet with feathers, pearl strands, and elegant calla lilies.

Embrace elegance in your flowers. Then be creative with clear plates, neutral linens, and brightly colored napkins.

Be creative with your floral centerpieces. Just be sure you can see between the vases.

Include bright colors, gold metals, and intircate patterns for an exotic air.

Love long, leaning branches? Anchor them with a tall vase filled with clear beads.

Inviting guests who feel at peace on the floor? Aim for intrigue by setting stations at the reception with throw pillows and low tables.

Try a private pavilion, instead of a head table to fit the whole wedding party.

Vases don’t have to be cylindrical. Experiement with shapes to complement a simple color scheme.

Choose colors on a color wheel that are across from one another to be your wedding’s colors, like green and purple.

Make a typical bouquet whimsical with Manzanita branches and calla lilies stretching beyond the main arrangment.

Be bold with your color choices. Add crystal for glamor.
