Las Vegas Wedding Venue, Red Rock Country Club, Caters to Brides and Grooms

“We believe in building a relationship with a bride and groom first,” Rachel Barrozo, Catering Assistant at Red Rock Country Club, said at the most recent Bridal Spectacular bridal show.

That’s why staff members from Red Rock Country Club have spent more than five years attending the Bridal Spectacular bridal show.

Red Rock Country teamed with Naakiti Floral Design to win the Bridal Spectacular 2010 Dazzle Award.

“We want to say hello and meet our potential brides,” Barrozo said. “Invite them to [our venue], see the clubhouse, try some of our food, get ideas, and just be able to, on a much more comfortable scale, check us out, and have a good time.”

At Red Rock Country Club, brides and grooms are treated like queens and kings with attentive customer service amidst a palatial venue. Located in Summerlin near the base of the Red Rock mountains, Red Rock Country Club offers breathtaking views of the natural landscape and the lights of the Las Vegas Strip. With the perfect backdrop for a Las Vegas wedding, Red Rock Country Club also presents an elegant clubhouse with a flagstone exterior, two terraces, and even indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Featuring wedding day packages that include the venue, tables and chiavari chairs, linens, dance floor, valet parking attendants, and delicious hors d’oevres with a buffet or plated dinner, Red Rock Country Club is the perfect place for your Las Vegas wedding ceremony and reception.

“We’re [also] just rolling out our ‘Everything Package,’” Barrozo said.

In addition to the classic wedding ceremony and reception packages, Red Rock Country Club now caters to brides even further. The “Everything Package” includes the wedding cake, florist, photographer, and disc jockey. This option allows a bride and groom to efficiently plan their wedding day, all in one location, and with trusted professionals who have had experience working at this venue.

“But we’re still allowing the bride and groom to choose their package,” Barrozo said. While the “Everything Package” is available, it is not mandatory. “If the bride and groom choose,” she said, “they can bring in whomever they choose.”

The staff at Red Rock Country Club believes in allowing the bride and groom to make the decisions that matter for their wedding day, if they choose to do so. The staff also seeks to be of service in ways that make the couple content and comfortable. As Barrozo explained, some brides like to call every week. Others prefer to only be in contact for important deadlines, like food tasting or affirming the final guest count. At Red Rock Country Club, it’s all about the brides and meeting their needs with the best customer service.

“We want them to feel comfortable,” Barrozo said about brides. “It’s very important that you mesh [with the venue and its staff], that you get along, that you communicate well, and that you feel very comfortable. You’re going to be spending potentially a whole year with [the venue and its staff], going over one of the most important days of your life.”

So, brides, when you’re choosing your wedding venue, remember to consider all aspects. From the look of the location to the quality of the menu to the attentiveness of the staff, Red Rock Country Club has it all.  Visit their venue and see for yourself.
