As one of Las Vegas’ locals-oriented casinos, Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel provides local brides and grooms with customer care that is tailored specifically to their needs. Located only five minutes from the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, this Station casino offers a characteristic wedding experience in a classic, Victorian-style venue with all the necessities of a modern-day celebration.

“Station Casinos is your local casino. We are your destination,” Patric Wilson, National Sales Manager for Texas Station, said at the Bridal Spectacular bridal show. “We love locals, and we’re here for you.”

With various packages, a chapel for ceremonies, and ballrooms for receptions with dining and dancing, Texas Station caters to Las Vegas brides and grooms with high-quality opportunities to host any wedding, be it an intimate gathering, an elegant evening, or a rollicking party.

“We do have a dedicated wedding chapel,” Wilson said of the venue. “We’re one of the few that has a specific wedding chapel. We don’t have to convert one of our banquet rooms.”

Known as the Amaryllis Room, the Texas Station chapel can seat as many as 200 guests for a grand event or even be modified for more intimacy if fewer people are expected in attendance.

“It’s very lavish looking,” Wilson said of the chapel. “It has antique Victorian colors, huge bouquets that are set up in urns … [and] wooden, frosted-glass doors into the marble foyer.”

While up to 30 guests can comfortably mingle in the foyer before the ceremony, a bride and groom can retreat to the privacy of their respective dressing rooms with their attendants.

“What separates us as a property or a casino from some of the others is we do have dedicated bride and groom facilities,” Wilson said. “This gives the bride the ability to come down and be in seclusion before coming out with the bridesmaids as well.”

While the dressing rooms and the chapel exude elegance, the ballrooms available for receptions continue to set the tone for a couple’s special day.

“Once the ceremony is performed, we’ll bring the guests back out to one of our other banquet rooms,” Wilson said.

Similar to the customizable chapel, Texas Station’s ballrooms offer many options to accommodate weddings with small or large guest lists. This includes the Houston Ballroom for more intimacy and the Dallas Ballroom, which hosts 16,000 square feet and allows brides and grooms to invite as many guests as they wish.

“We have a lot of variety,” Wilson said, “and we have multiple packages.”

To complement the venue space, Texas Station also provides packages to enhance the experience. Depending on what a bride and groom select, these may include a minister, ceremony fees, fresh bouquets and boutonnieres, a live pianist, catering, and a personal wedding coordinator.

“All of the consulting is absolutely included, up to a certain point,” Wilson said. “Being consultants, we are more than happy to sit and plan. Work colors, come up with centerpieces, decorations.”

As the on-staff consultants help with the planning process, a bride and groom are able to create ways to customize their ceremony and reception to better reflect their personal styles.

“We can customize for any bride, any budget, any style right now,” Wilson said. “We can take a standard wedding set—with their centerpieces and our linens that we use—we can turn any wedding into a memorable, beautiful day.”

With such possibilities available through Texas Station, brides and grooms both can experience a special day with memories they’ll be glad to share for a lifetime.
