Purchase Your Tickets in Advanced

Want to save a little money? Purchase your tickets in advance and you’ll receive $5 off admission! Simply click here and enter promo code Blog2014. You can also preregister online so you don’t have to register when you arrive. Once you have purchased your tickets and preregistered, print out both documents and bring them with you in order to skip the line and head directly into the show.

Also, be sure to come early, as the first 400 attendees will receive a complimentary cocktail when they arrive!

If you wish to purchase tickets at the show, the cost of General Admission is $20 and it is cash only at the door. ATMs are available throughout the hotel just in case you forget to bring cash with you.

Determine Which Vendors You Would Like to Meet in Advance

At Veils, Tails & Cocktails there are going to be so many incredible wedding professionals available for you meet, so it’s a great idea to plan out which ones you would like to speak with first. Take a look at the complete vendor here, and then come prepared with your questions so you can start working on wedding details directly at the show.

Come Prepared

After you have the opportunity to speak with your favorite wedding vendors, be sure you have a way to take notes so you can keep in touch with your favorites afterward. Simply bring a pen and notepad or use your iPad or smart phone to take notes. Also, many of the vendors handout glossy brochures and business cards, so we recommend bringing a Sharpie so you can easily write directly on the materials.

Also, with some many different wedding displays, from décor, floral, photography, venues, and a fashion show, you’ll want to make sure you have a camera so you can easily remember your favorite booth displays.

To top off the evening, you can enjoy a designer fashion show at 8:30pm highlighting 2014’s latest bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, tuxedos and hair/makeup trends and floral designs. Be sure to plan accordingly to ensure you don’t miss out. The fashion show will include the latest fashions from:

The show opens at 6pm, but be sure to arrive early to register and pick up your complimentary shopping bag. We recommend using the courtesy valet parking at the Harmon Street entrance. Just follow the signs to the convention center and the Pinyon Ballroom.
