Las Vegas’ largest bridal show, The Bridal Spectacular, was just held and saw the largest attendance for a fall show ever seen in Nevada! Engaged couples and brides graced the halls and walked the aisles and were treated to some of the latest creative trends in wedding decor and ideas. Here is the show wrap up!
At the grand entrance, the attendees were treated to a lovely draped entrance enhanced with manzanita trees and crystal accents and chandaliers. This entrance was designed by Christie McCoy of CLM Weddings. Another new feature at the entrance was beautiful white leather furniture providing a relaxing escape for brides and grooms provided by Somers Furniture. Additional furnishings provided by Somers could be found throughout the hall.
As the attendees filled out their registration forms prior to picking up their free pink “Keepsake Wedding Bags” they were treated to a beautiful Holiday Gown Gallery featuring bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, and tuxedos all in either holiday red or green. Gowns were provided by Allyse’se Bridal, Bowties Tuxedo and Bridal, and David’s Bridal, Tuxedos were provided by Men’s Wearhouse, Tuxedo Junction and Jerry’s Tux Shop. This was the perfect opportunity to preview the latest fashions for your Christmas and holiday weddings on your way into the show.
Then when the show opened the wedding planners were on their way to view over 155 wedding professional exhibits as well as vendors providing services they will need as they start their marriage together.
As the shoppers neared the stage to see a fashion show, they were treated to an amazing Chiffon Dream Wedding Room filled with awesome table scapes and wedding cakes (pictures coming in our next blog) and Chivari Chairs all set up ready for a wedding! The Dream Wedding room was created by Dream Events, Naakiti Floral Design and Sit On This. Tablescapes were done by:
- Rainbow Gardens – Cool Sophisticated Blues
- Enchanted Florist – Amazing Peacocks!
- Little Pastry Chefs – Golden Elegance
- JW Marriott – Echo chic!
- Bears Best Country Club – Gorgeou Black & Gold with the Beta Fish
- Simple Elegance Cake Design – A Cream and Red Rose Confection
Not to be outdone by all the other beautiful decor, we completely revamped our stage decor this show and by all the comments we heard from both brides and vendors, the new stage was a huge hit. The theme was “Winter Forest” created by beautiful white drapes, birch trees and crystal beads. Incredible lighting and sound production was provided by AV Vegas. The fashion show was professionally choreographed and featured our wanderful dancer models. There were 3 fashion shows sponsored by David’s Bridal, Men’s Warehouse, Jerry’s Tux Shop and Alfred Angelo. The Friday night show and the Sat 12:30 show titled “Love Story” was full of fun music and awesome fashions. The Jerry’s Tux Shop tux solo was hot as always and the standing room only crowds loved it! The gorgeous flowers in both of these shows were provided by Albertsons!
The Saturday at 3pm show was our “Twilight” themed show. The “Twilight” books and movie are a big hit right now amongst women of all ages. In order to pull off the look, we had Nicki Segal of Beauty in Vegas do the hair and makeup between shows on all the models. She did a great job of pulling off that “vampire” look and still be beautiful brides! (photos and youtube to be posted soon) The unique dresses shown by David’s Bridal and the trunk show from Alfred Angelo as well as the men’s fashions by Men’s Warehouse and Jerry’s Tux were edgy and perfect for our theme and today’s trendsetters.
So there you have it in a nutshell! Another amazing bridal show, The Bridal Spectacular! No other show can compare!
