Last week, we at Bridal Spectacular showcased some of the amazing the wedding booth exhibits that were displayed during the Winter Bridal Show this past January 17-18. We also shared the interview from a real bride-to-be, Sarah. Sarah came to the show with her Mom Debbie and was extremely successful with her wedding planning efforts. After speaking with a few different vendors, she was able to find her wedding venue, bakery and wedding gown retailer all in one night!
This week, we continue the Winter Show’s highlights with the gorgeous styles that were featured during the bridal fashion show, as well as a couple additional interviews from two more beautiful brides-to-be.
Before we headed over to see the designer fashion show, we had the opportunity to speak with bride-to-be Kristen and two of her fantastic bridesmaids. Kristen wasn’t quite sure what to expect as a part of the wedding planning process, but her bridesmaids said she had to swing by the Bridal Spectacular Show to get some ideas for her big day. Kristen had already selected her wedding venue, the Observation Deck at the Hoover Dam and she said she loved meeting with ShutterBooth and might use them for her wedding day on June 11. Good luck with the rest of the planning process, Kristen!
Next, we met with bride-to-be Lindsey and two of her supportive coworkers. Lindsey just moved to Las Vegas from Chicago a few months ago. Although her wedding will be held in Chicago on August 23, Lindsey came to the Bridal Spectacular Show to get ideas for her wedding décor, theme and to look for wedding gown and tux vendors. Lindsey said she loved David’s Bridal, Men’s Wearhouse, Alfred Angelo and Jos. A. Bank and will be setting up appointments to try on gowns soon. Lindsey and her coworkers also said they were very inspired by the beautiful décor throughout the show and it was very helpful for Lindsey to plan her big day. Congrats on your wedding, Lindsey!
After speaking with Lindsey, we made our way over to the fashion show for even more wedding inspiration! David’s Bridal, Jerry’s Tux Shop, Jos. A. Bank and Men’s Warehouse all came together to showcase the hottest wedding styles and trends for 2014.
From a country themed wedding, elegant black and plum wedding party attire, exquisite mermaid and trumpet gowns, dapper tuxes and even a ballerina, the winter fashion show was truly spectacular! Thank you to Adam Frazier Photography for the beautiful show photos and to Albertson’s for supplying the bouquets during Friday’s show and Bouquet Couture for the bouquets during Saturday’s show.
We hope everyone had a great time at the Winter Bridal Spectacular Show and got a little closer to planning your dream wedding! If you missed it, don’t worry! Please save-the-date to attend Veils, Tails & Cocktails Friday, March 21 at ARIA Resort & Casino!
