The Wedding Experience at Rhodes Ranch
Private Events Director, Justine Jackson said the ceremony site at Rhodes Ranch was designed exclusively for weddings and they never book multiple weddings on the same day to help ensure a couple’s wedding is as perfect as can be. Every wedding is customized for each couple and all-inclusive packages are also available, so couples can choose what they want and won’t have to pay for something they don’t or aren’t going to use. This is great because there is never any pressure for you as a couple to try to conform into a wedding package that does not fit your individual needs.
In addition, Justine said they offer an on-site wedding coordinator with every wedding, which is no extra cost to the couple. This coordinator is also the contact person the couple will work with throughout the planning process, the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. She said the coordinator will provide each couple with as many resources and step-by-step planning as needed. The couple can also come in as often as they would like to meet with their coordinator and go over any questions they may have. Lastly, Justine added that Rhodes Ranch also offers a variety of décor options — whatever a couple has envisioned for their wedding, the staff will above and beyond to make that come true!
Tips & Trends for the Couple-to-Be!
Justine’s biggest tip to each to the bride and groom-to-be is to make sure you are happy with your vendors. She said Rhodes Ranch has an amazing list of preferred vendors, which couples are able to meet with each individually if they would like. However, couples are also able to use their own outside vendors, which some venues do not allow or will charge extra if they do. At Rhodes Ranch, they want to make it as easy and flexible as possible for their couples.
For trends, Justine said they seem to change yearly, monthly, weekly and even daily. She said just because something could be THE trend of the year doesn’t mean you have to change your ideas to fit what is “in” for the wedding season. Whatever a couple wants, trend-orientated or not, the team a Rhodes Ranch will make sure to get the colors, linen, and décor to create their dream wedding!
