The Wedding Experience at Fabrizio
The Event Director at Fabrizo, Mara Braun, along with the entire Fabrizo team said once they meet with a couple they start taking notes from the very beginning, discussing all their details, concerns and dreams. “We start assisting them with their planning, advising them, and most of all, trying to keep them within their budget,” Mara said. “We want them to enjoy their day — not worry if they have over extended themselves because that is when tensions start building up between them.”
Mara added that Fabrizio is always there for their couples just as long as they communicate all of their concerns and wishes. She said she believes that service, service, service is what the bride and groom and their guests will remember when the night is over. For them, Mara added, service and quality from their Chefs and Staff are priority for all of their clients.
As a coordinator for over 26 years, Mara said she always encourages couples to stay within their budget, and the Fabrizio team always keeps that in mind when helping plan their perfect wedding. Wedding Tips & Trends
Mara’s biggest wedding planning tip is to be sure to double check what’s included in your wedding venue contract. She said some contracts are for the day of the wedding, while others are only for a certain amount of hours. Mara added that at Fabrizio couples don’t need a separate wedding planner since that is what they do. “We like our couples to know that we are here for all the planning, from the venue, ceremony, flowers, decorations, vendors, recommended hotels, shuttle services, and everything that is important for them to make their day worry-free!” She also mentioned to make sure your coordinator has the knowledge of all different cultures and how they are celebrated during a wedding.
Finally, whether it is a trend or not, Mara said that today’s couples know what they want. They have different views of their day, favorite colors, themes, and traditions in their families. She said it is very important for any coordinator to be able to read the couple’s faces when they are discussing their dream day and to be able understand them, their wishes, and respect their choices.
